Forever Spinning Planet

experimenting

My camera is broken and being repaired. that is very sad, but it provided an excellent time for me to experiment with my film camera for the first time. it looks like this:

I bought film today!! this is really going to be quite the experience. I’ve never really shot with film before unless you count those cvs cameras. I feel like these days anyone can take a photo and have it “look good.” Film is a dying art. I want art that is real, and its not always easy. Even if this whole roll looks like poop, I’m not giving up.

I’m off to the pennsylvania wilderness with a camera!! OMGGG I HOPE I SEE A BEAR! (seriously, we always hope so bad that we’ll see one and we never do!!)

going campingggg yeahhhh yeah yeah so excited!! (thats a song i just made up) (thanks i know its great)

Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday.

I enjoy almost everything. Yet I have some restless searcher in me. Why is there not a discovery in life? Something one can lay hands on and say ‘This is it’?
